Q) Your Interview experience…for MSR energy ….?
A) My interview started with questions on my btech project first and then it moved on to the subjects chosen by me. I have mechanical background, so I chose thermodynamics ,ht and fluid mechanics as my fav topics. Most of the ques were asked on these three topics only and since it was offline interview I was asked to put some things on paper too like in my case draw temp variation in slab , some questions related to critical thickness , entropy , heat engine reversed heat engine , one good question on basic defination of fluid . Etc .
Remember it is a M.s research programme and energy is trending topic as of now also so. Also be prepared for some vague questions on. Renewable energy resources ! Like I was asked one question can we convert heat to electrical energy direct ? And so on . Then 2-3 cross questions.
The level of questions in interview is basic – moderate depending on interviewer . Mostly basic .
